The base of every Vite product (bars, drink mixes, shakes) is 100% natural, real food and the vast majority of our functional ingredients are too, in certain cases, most notably certain vitamins, it is not feasible to source enough of the active ingredient from natural sources thus in these cases we will use a synthetic version.
Choline is an essential nutrient for supporting and improving cognitive function. Choline is cited mainly for its Neuro-Protective abilities and its effects of Memory & attention. Choline consumers often report cognitive stimulation, improvements in speed of thought and mental clarity whilst research has shown an AcetylCholine precursor to reduce some cases of Cognitive Decline *1.

N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) is a highly bio-available form of L-Tyrosine. L-Tyrosine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is responsible for producing noradrenaline and dopamine in the brain (noradrenaline enables the body to perform well in stressful situations whilst dopamine functions as a neurotransmitter linked with reward-motivated behaviour).
